The apartment management company is engaged in serious fraudulent practices. Positive: The area is large. Negative: The apartment began accommodating guests before the renovation was completed, and failed to inform guests of the relevant circumstances prior to booking. It is highly unprofessional for the apartment to accommodate guests before it is completed. Moreover, many tools and renovation materials are left scattered in the rooms, which poses safety hazards and results in a very poor experience. We checked in over the weekend. We attempted to contact the accommodation management, but no one responded and we were unable to reach them. When we checked out on Monday, we raised an objection regarding this situation, yet the accommodation management insisted that they were not at fault. My final suggestion is not to book this overrated apartment at an excessively high price.
