Positive: The location Is fantastic with a beautiful view into the harbour. We got lucky and got an apartment that had the view of the arctic Cathedral and even got the view of the northern lights straight from the living room window. Everything in town is within walking distance. Negative: Not a big deal, but the recycling system can be quite confusing.

Good location and well laid out apartment Positive: Good location and overall well set out property. Large open plan living space was nice, with good corridor before living space for wet boots etc. Negative: There were no teaspoons for some reason and perhaps because we stayed over new year the reception office was never open. Also the small onsite bakery was closed for three days of our stay.

We will return to Tromso for sure. Will we return to these specific apartments? No. Positive: The close proximity to town. It was warm and clean. Negative: Our apartment faced the large hotel next door. We had to keep the curtains closed when in apartment - felt like we were living in a goldfish bowl. There were other apartments but after a call to a rather abrupt toned man at reception we were told there were no other apartments available. I had emailed a few weeks previously specifically to ask for an apartment overlooking the water, instead we were horribly overlooked.

Excellent location and apartment Positive: Location was fantastic, couldn't ask for better, close enough to the main shopping / restaurant area but not too close. Overlooked the mountain and water. It was lovely and cosy in the apartment, good beds, good kitchen, good bathroom. Very good apartment Negative: 1. Arrival - after a a long day of travelling the entrance to the apartment block was difficult to find, we were in the right place but the door we needed was tucked away. Clearer instructions and a What 3 Words location would have been a big help. 2. We paid for extra linen but never received

Great experience would stay here again Positive: Location, view and the apartment . It was perfect
