New, cozy, warm and in a great location Positive: Great location and view of the mountain and the sky. The city center is 5 minutes away. Comfortable bed, warm apartment, everything you need is available in the kitchen. I also used the washing machine. If you are with car, overnight parking under the house costs 45 euros. Negative: There were no different colored bags for garbage sorting system in the kitchen. And I couldn't open the garbage containers in the yard.

Overall a lovely apartment with good location. Positive: Nice modern clean and secure apartment. Good location near town facilities and the Tromsø bridge and waterside. Negative: Although the oven was working, our induction STOVE TOP (all 4 stoves) was not working throughout our 5-night stay. And despite contacting staff on Day 1 (both by messaging and phoning), they repeatedly gave the same instructions which i tried all repeatedly and it did not work. I have experience and have used induction stoves before elsewhere. Furthermore, the apartment does not have a microwave. On the phone they said they would ask the cleaner to help, but unfortunately never showed up. Was very disappointed as we had planned to cook in this self-catering apartment during our stay, so had to pay more for eating out in pricy Tromso.
