Positive: View from the apartment is great , very spacious, quiet. Negative: The property could do with better instruction manual, bed soft, towels poor, kitchen utensils need improving, espresso machine but no espresso cups, cups/mugs too big to use with machine.

Tolles Apartment in Mega Lage Positive: Absolut alles! Lage, Design, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Aussicht - alles bestens!! Negative: -

Fab location and views. Positive: Location is excellent for us as close to restaurants and shopping. The view is exceptional. On cold days the gas fire was just excellent. On any day the balcony is a fab place to relax. Negative: Some of the pillows were smelly, they needed cleaning/replacing. the general level of cleaning and maintenance is not great. The windows were covered in marks hand prints etc. The second shower had hair in the water grate. Coat hooks in hallway were loose so you can't hang a coat. And it would be nice if there was a blind in the kitchen so you have privacy from the apartments opposite. If they got on top of these things it would be a 10/10 for us.

Love love love! Wanted to stay! Exceeded our expectations! Positive: The location was fantastic - - easy walk to town, easy walk over the bridge to the church and fjellheisen cable car. Despite many reviews to the contrary, our apartment (601, Seaview) was VERY well stocked with supplies. We did not cook in but there were plenty of pots/pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware. I posted some pictures just to show the supplies, since so many people spoke about not having enough - - of course this is only 1 apartment but we were happy with what they had. The apartment is very well built with great windows to block out the noise of the wind. The design of the apartment was well thought out and the furnishings are quite nice. Property is not at all worn out. The VIEWS are amazing! Apartment was exactly as pictured online. This is probably our first apartment rental (of many) that we both said....... we could easily live in this apartment and be completely happy and comfortable! Negative: Loved everything!

The staff was not very responsive, especially at night. Positive: The apartment has a good view. Negative: We were given the wrong keys and not able to get into our apartment.
