Zentrumsnah, ruhig, ausreichende Ausstattung. Positive: Zentrumsnah, Bushaltestelle ( zum Airport)vor der Tür. Ausreichende Ausstattung. Negative: Wir haben die Möglichkeit zum Kaffeekochen vermisst. Der Herd war nicht gereinigt.

Skulle bo här igen. Positive: Liten och kompakt lägenhet. Modern. Bra läge för en liten (ca10 min).. promenad till Centrum. Negative: Sämre med utsikten. Utsikt mot ett kontor. Såg inte till någon solterrass.

Positive: Location! Negative: When we arrived, I encountered something very unexpected: the room was not cleaned or prepared for a new guest! I immediately contacted the owner, but they were completely unresponsive. To my surprise, another guest arrived shortly after us and faced the exact same situation! My wife and I were shocked. We've traveled extensively around the world, and we had never experienced anything like this before. The mattress had clearly been used, the bed was unmade, used towels were left in the bathroom, and the floor was dirty. Despite the fact that I had already paid for the accommodation, I decided to find another place to stay. In the meantime, we went out for an hour to relax and try to shake off the unpleasant experience. A few hours later, the owner finally messaged me, apologized, and explained that there had been a misunderstanding with the housekeeping team regarding the cleaning schedule. On top of all this, there were no basic amenities provided, not even a teabag or coffee, which are typically expected in most hotels or guest suites. It shouldn't be forgotten to mention that there was no lift (too many stairs), which reduced the attractiveness of this place!

Zentrale Lage, für Städtetrip von 2-3 Tagen akzeptabel. Positive: Die Lage der Appartements ist sehr zentral. In etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg ist das Zentrum (Storgata) bzw. das Polarmuseum und die Hafenmeile erreicht. In etwa 15 Minuten ist die Eismeerkathedrale auf der anderen Fjordseite über die Tromsö-Brücke erreicht. Der Checkin war über Türcode per Mail. Anfragen beim Gastgeber waren schnell beantwortet. Negative: Die Umgebung war schon recht früh am Morgen sehr laut. Die "Private Parkmöglichkeit" kostet 150 NOK/Tag Das Appartement ist recht bescheiden ausgestattet. Im Schrank gab es ganze 3 Bügel. Im Bad inkl. Dusche gibts keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es gab keinen Badvorleger für die Dusche, kein Geschirrhandtuch und nur eine Klopapierrolle. Bei der Reinigung wurde ein halbvoller WC Mülleimer übersehen. Desweiteren wäre eine grundsätzliche Überholung ratsam. Die Duschhalterung hält nicht, 1 Handtuchhalter war ab und klebt nur noch mangelhaft, der Luftabzug im Bad funktioniert nicht.
