You get what you need, but you will still feel like your paying a lot for what you get. Positive: For what I needed, it was good. The local is just a bit outside of the downtown area, but nothing more than a 5-10 minute walk. The hill it is on does make it a bit dicey in the winter, so if you have someone with bad ankles/knees I would no suggest. It is very secure, with 2 codes needed just to get to the apartment door, so I did like that. Negative: They are very small, and don't offer a lot of room for more than sleeping. Which, if you are in Tromso is all you need. I did reach out to them via messages a few times and never got a response, other than the copy and paste about making sure I clean up before I leave. There isn't a fan in the bathroom, so there is mold in there. I just found out I had mold toxicity, so this was not good for me. If you kept the door shut bathroom (needed for the size of the room) you would be overwhelmed with the mold/musk smell upon opening the door. Some looked to be from cleaniness in the shower itself, and of course from the build up of moisture. So for the cost that I paid for such a small place, I would have expected different. The heat was hard to control as well, the room would feel good but then not sure if it was the bedding or what but I sweat immensely each night.

Positive: Beliggenheten, tilsendt info, kode for innlåsing, rent sengetøy, kjøkkenet Negative: Var ikke varme i gulv på badet, som opplyst i info-heftet. Panelovnen var avskrudd og det var kaldt. Luktet sterk parfymelikt

Negative: Did not provide my room number, I had to try the door code on each rolm. Did not provide the password for the building gate. I cannot reach out to any staff for support during non office hour. Even I sent them email ask for the password, they did not reply. I had to wait for another guest to open the door for me and ask them for the password, while its snowing outside.

Easy and comfortable stay in a good location Positive: Location is great as it’s easy to get everywhere but it’s also a quiet area so no noise disruptions, the flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. The single rooms do not have a TV, contrary to advertised.

Helt ok , grei pris i forhold til andre overnattingssteder i Tromsø. Positive: Grei pris, rent. Negative: Manglet TV, noe som sto i annonsen, ikke veldig behagelig seng.
