Great location and easy to access Positive: Great location! Negative: No microwave

Nice location and overall property is nice. Positive: Access to keys and location was very good. Negative: 1. Heating was not consistent across the rooms. 2. Lights failed in one bed room and we did not get repairs. 3. Broadband was patchy and kept getting disconnected. 4. There was a continuous noise from the ceiling, likely some AC or machine that was persistent in the background. 5. And voice travels from next door room.

Positive: Lovely view We got the good price during we stay comparing with the hotel downtown. Walkable to the walking street 7-10 min The room is so big, biger than the photos look. Only the small bed room is so small.

Very disappointed overall Positive: The location was very good. Close to all amenities and the bus stop. The bus went direct to the airport. The apartment was warm and had a dishwasher, washing machine, The bedding and towels were good. Negative: The apartment wasn't ready for check-in. We had to wait for 15 minutes for the room to be finished. Unfortunately there were food leftovers overlooked on the balcony. The apartment itself was very small and not like the photos. There was nowhere to dine except for a high table with bar stools, unsuitable for 2 of us as we are elderly. The sofa was only big enough for 3 smallish people. The coffee machine didn't work and the kitchen was lacking so many items. There was only hand wash and hair conditioner in the bathroom, we would have appreciated even small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The noise of the heating kept us awake at night The corridors leading to the apartments are unheated so it feels as if you are outside which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay as we feel that the photos of the apartments are slightly misleading as they suggest a much bigger living space and apartment. We would not recommend these apartments as they are too expensive and lack the comfort for the price we paid. Also like to add that the apartment owners also cancelled another 2 bedroom apartment that we had also booked even though it was fully paid for.
