Negative: Did not provide my room number, I had to try the door code on each rolm. Did not provide the password for the building gate. I cannot reach out to any staff for support during non office hour. Even I sent them email ask for the password, they did not reply. I had to wait for another guest to open the door for me and ask them for the password, while its snowing outside.

Easy and comfortable stay in a good location Positive: Location is great as it’s easy to get everywhere but it’s also a quiet area so no noise disruptions, the flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. The single rooms do not have a TV, contrary to advertised.

Positive: Posizione appena al di fuori dal centro ma molto tranquilla e soprattutto servita dalla fermata del bus che porta all'aeroporto. Il centro si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi in neanche 10 minuti. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort: lavatrice, lavapiatti, asciugacapelli. Negative: Nella descrizione c'era scritto che era presente la tv che non ho trovato, non perché m'interessasse vederla ma perché era indicata tra i servizi di cui era dotato.
